fantastic stay!!!
fresh towel bottled water friendly staff
i was very happy with the fresh towels provided each day. our room had fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, and i really appreciated that. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was superb, i ate every single piece!

the location had convenient access for local travel. it was very close to a bus stop , made visiting nearby stamford quite easy, i used the bus a lot. it was great for travelling.

the beautiful twin room featured imaginative furnishings and offered a quiet night's sleep, i slept so well. the room also included a tv with multiple streaming services. the room was also warm and very clean, which i appreciate.

lovely stay
efficient staff clean room mini fridge comfy bed
the staff were fantastic and efficient. the room was clean with all necessary amenities, including a mini fridge with fresh milk (i loved that detail). the ensuite shower room was smart and user-friendly. the bed was comfy.
the pillows were thin and uncomfortable, but that's a small thing.

the staff was very helpful. they were efficient during check-in and check-out. the team worked hard to ensure all guests had everything needed, especially during breakfast, which i found very nice.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
thin mattress loud noise
the breakfast service was superb.
the bed lacked comfort with a very thin, uncomfortable mattress. i also noted very thin pillows. a loud noise originated from the car park on friday night as someone played loud music in their car. it was close to my room.
